INFOTOM / Certificates
Paperwork is part
of the product.
A buyer taking a container of spice is also taking on everything they will have to prove about it later. What we document, and how, is set out here.
Certifications
Registrations & approvals
What we hold.
Certificates are issued on request
Our current registrations and approvals, with their scope and validity, are shared directly with buyers and will be published on this page. Ask the export desk and we will send what applies to your market.
With every lot
What travels with it
The file behind
the consignment.
These are not certificates — they are the working documents that make a lot accountable after it has left us.
01
Agreed specification
The grade, mesh, moisture, packing and marking fixed in writing before the lot was committed.
02
Lot reference
A reference tying the consignment back to its growing region and season.
03
Pre-shipment sample
Drawn from the actual lot being shipped, so what you approve is what sails.
04
Packing list and marks
Cartons, weights and markings recorded as packed, not as planned.
05
Shipping documents
Commercial and transport paperwork prepared for the destination market's requirements.
A note on claims
We would rather say less and be checkable than more and be taken on trust. If a claim about our spice is not something we can put a document behind, you will not find it written anywhere on this site.
